Tsofen is an Israeli non profit organization designed to help Israel’s Arab citizens enter the country’s high-tech industry. Tsofen translates roughly as ‘secret code’ – the organisation aims to find the secret code to get more Arabs employed in this lucrative field. Sami Saadi, Co-founder of Tsofen and Paz Hirschmann, Director of Resource & Business Development spoke to Fathom Editor Alan Johnson.

Tsofen’s goals are to advance equal opportunity and minimise the inequality faced by Arab citizens of Israel by accelerating their entrance into the hi-tech industry.
